CDK Global Ventures ("we", "us", "our") sells consumer electronics to customers in Nigeria. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our pages or place an order, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle your information in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

1. Information we collect

When you fill in our order form, we collect:

• Your full name
• Your phone number and a second phone number
• Your delivery address
• Your email address

If you message us on WhatsApp, we also see your WhatsApp number, your profile name and the content of your messages.

When you visit our pages, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical information such as your device type, browser, approximate location, pages viewed and how you arrived at the page (for example, from a Facebook, Instagram or TikTok ad).

2. How we use your information

• To process your order, confirm it with you by phone or message, and arrange delivery
• To contact you about your order, delivery, payment on delivery and any warranty claim
• To answer your questions and give you support
• To prevent fake or fraudulent orders
• To measure and improve our pages and our advertising
• To send you offers about our products, only where you have agreed or where the law allows it. You can ask us to stop at any time

3. Why we are allowed to use it

We use your information because you ask us to deliver a product to you (to carry out your order), because we have a genuine business interest in running and improving our business and preventing fraud, because the law requires it (for example, for our records), or because you have given your consent. You can withdraw consent at any time.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Delivery and logistics partners, who need your name, phone number and address to bring you your order
• Service providers who run our website and forms, such as our website host and form tools, and communication tools such as WhatsApp
• Advertising and analytics providers, such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok, which may receive technical information about your visit through cookies or tracking pixels
• Authorities, where the law requires us to

Some of these providers are based outside Nigeria. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure your information stays protected.

5. Cookies and tracking

Our pages may use cookies and similar tools to make the page work, to understand how people use it, and to measure and improve our ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can control ad personalisation in your Facebook, Instagram and TikTok settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the page works.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your order information for as long as we need it to deliver your order, handle any warranty claim and meet our record-keeping duties. After that, we delete it or make it anonymous.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including limiting who can see order details. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

You may ask us to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you and give you a copy
• Correct information that is wrong or out of date
• Delete your information, where we no longer need it
• Stop using your information for marketing
• Restrict or object to how we use your information

You also have the right to complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission if you believe we have not handled your information properly.

9. Children

Our products and pages are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us their details, contact us and we will delete them.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make a major change, we will say so on this page.
